Mike Russell LMS Property Management, Carroll County, MdMike Russell: Assistant Property Manager

Mike coordinates the smooth functioning of the homes, apartments, commercial buildings and grounds for LMS Property Management along with managing our experienced sub-contractors in the repair, logistics, and care of the facilities. Mike’s facility management experience began in 1985 while in the United States Air Force (USAF), where he managed the upkeep of large passenger terminals, bonded cargo warehouses, and their supporting offices. Mike served 20 years in the USAF in Logistics Management and provided management of establishing facilities and their support requirements globally. From there his responsibilities have continually grown and moved into the realm of managing the production of new facilities for the US Government as a Program Manager.
Mike’s background includes Project and Program Management positions in both large and small companies. His education and certifications includes Logistics Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Physical Security, and Master Instructor in Logistics Management.

Morgan Sulin: Administrative Assistant

Morgan has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Towson University. She will be helping to ensure all property details are in order.
